It is traditionally slow-churned from cream of organic milk from cows living on our organic farm and feeding on a homegrown organic diet. The organic milk cream is free from antibiotics, induced hormones or chemical residues, ensuring the resulting butter is pure and unadulterated, sinfully creamy and easy-to-spread while having a satisfying homemade flavour.
